Vintage French Longchamp Oyster Plates & Server Set

A very beautiful Longchamp oyster service in a wonderful rich cream base tone. These are an exquisite example of an iconic design of scallop shells and basket weave. The soft green tones on this set are really beautiful an in contrast to the dark chocolate rope trim. All hand thrown and hand painted from the mid 1900s.

There are only some very small chips to the glaze as shown so these are in a very lovely vintage condition. A service to treasure from the Longchamp company that has a history stretching back to the 1800s when it became a world renowned producer of porcelain and ceramics.This is available as a set of six plates with the server.
