An exquisite vintage French oyster service from the mid 1900s. Iconic Longchamp design with woven basket and dark chocolate rope border. All hand thrown and hand painted from the mid 1900s. Really beautiful shades of green on a rich cream base. These are a truly exceptional example in almost perfect condition.
One very small chip to the glaze on the edge of a shell on one of the 6 piece plates. A service to treasure from the Longchamp company that has a history stretching back to the 1800s when it became a world renowned producer of porcelain and ceramics. This is available as a set of six plates with the server.
